Refund Policy

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange:

• Refunds will be issued in the form of a Gift Card equal to the purchase amount.
• The gift card will be sent after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• Refunds are not applicable on sale or promotional items. These items can only be exchanged.

Non-Eligible Products for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Used or worn items
• Washed items
• Items not in original condition
• Products missing original packaging or accessories
• Sale or promotional items (refund not applicable)
• Items without a readable serial number
• Hygiene items (cloth diapers, nappies, padded underwear)
